We absolutely hunger for meaning in our lives, having a sense of purpose, wanting to make a difference. Everyone has a purpose but not everyone has discovered what it is. Understanding our purpose and living it brings clarity, authenticity and a sense of meaning to our lives.
Do you feel you have lost your purpose and don’t know what to do next?
This is the best time of your life, even though you may feel it is not, for you can create, design, and find your life’s purpose. To live on purpose is not about playing it safe. It’s about taking risks to live the life you were meant to live.
What if you had a process for discovering your purpose, your essence, and tapping into your capacity to have power, dignity, clarity, focus, and satisfaction in life?
What if you had a clear and straightforward process for effectively making changes in your life and achieving results?
Come join us on a journey to discover what it is like to be truly alive. We will help you discover your true purpose and what you need to do to live your life on purpose.
Program Outline:
The program will consist of 10 separate modules, each 1 ½ hours in length. The learning experiential in nature and will have participants actively involved. The workshops are designed to combine learning and fun.
The program is as follows:
Week 1 - Introduction (getting to know each other and the program)
Week 2 - Understanding what your core values are and how values enable you to make better decisions.
Week 3 - Understanding the power of purpose and discover what yours is.
Week 4 - Defining what Success is to you
Week 5 - Focus and Priorities - understanding where in your life you want to make positive changes
Week 6 - Limiting beliefs and comfort zones - understand what gets in the way of making real changes
Week 7 - Setting goals for yourself - understand what you want to accomplish
Week 8 - Action and commitment - making decisions on changes you want to make in your life and making a commitment to change
Week 9 - Support structures - what you need to put in place to help you through your change
Week 10 - Debrief - Reviewing the program
During the 10 weeks, you can also each have a weekly one-on-one coaching session with one of the workshop leaders, which will help to deepen your learning from the sessions.
Throughout the 10 weeks you will be challenged, encouraged and empowered to take risks and will be acknowledged for doing so.
Expected Outcomes:
At the end of the 10-week program you will
- Have learned new skills

- Built relationships with other participants
- Have defined your purpose
- Know what changes you want to make in your life to live on purpose and how to go about it
- Have taken action to increase control of your life
- Put in place support structures to help you through change
